OUR VISION
Divine Outreach CDC Ministries exists to be a Spirit-led movement of healing, deliverance, restoration, and revival. We envision individuals, families, and communities being set free from the spiritual, generational, and historical patterns that have produced fear, division, violence, addiction, hatred, and oppression. Our vision is to see the Holy Spirit poured out across African American, Brown, and all communities, bringing freedom, unity, healing, and transformation through Jesus Christ. What began as a calling to minister to people of color is a mission that extends to all people who desire freedom from the effects of sin, iniquity, and generational strongholds.
OUR MISSION
Divine Outreach CDC Ministries is committed to answering God’s call to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serve as an instrument of deliverance, healing, and restoration. Inspired by the biblical example of Moses leading God’s people toward freedom, we believe God has called us to help people break free from destructive spiritual and generational patterns and walk in their God-given purpose.
Through prayer, biblical teaching, evangelism, discipleship, deliverance, and outreach, we seek to empower individuals and families to experience the freedom, hope, and transformation found in Christ. After years of preparation and seeking God, we embrace this calling with faith and obedience, trusting the Holy Spirit to guide the ministry and use it to bring revival, reconciliation, and restoration to communities everywhere.
Our time is now. Our response is “Yes” to God. Our mission is to help people discover freedom and fulfill their God-given purpose through Jesus Christ.
“Who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace.” — 2 Timothy 1:9
OUR LEADERSHIP
Apostle James E. Harvey Sr. is the founder and visionary leader of Divine Outreach CDC Ministries, called to serve through preaching, teaching, prayer, deliverance, and spiritual restoration. With more than 30 years of preparation and ministry experience, Apostle Harvey is passionate about helping individuals and families discover freedom through Jesus Christ and walk boldly in their God-given purpose. His ministry emphasizes the power of the Holy Spirit, biblical truth, generational restoration, and reaching communities with the message of hope, healing, and deliverance. Through Divine Outreach CDC Ministries, he continues to answer the call to serve people of all backgrounds and advance the Gospel locally, nationally, and globally.
First Lady Evangelist Beatrice Harvey is a devoted woman of God whose life is a testimony of faith, perseverance, and God's unfailing provision. She is the loving mother of five children—four sons and one daughter—and the widow of the late Jimmy Davis Sr. Her spiritual journey was marked by a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit during a season of desperation, when God answered her prayers for shelter and provided abundantly for her family. Through Jeremiah 33:3, she discovered the power of calling upon the Lord and trusting His promises. This experience confirmed her calling to worship and preach the Gospel. Today, Evangelist Harvey continues to walk in her divine assignment, sharing God's Word and encouraging others to trust in Jehovah Jireh, the Lord our Provider, through every season of life.
A PROPHETIC DECLARATION: THIS IS MY SEASON
This is my season. This is my time. This is the fulfillment of my God-given assignment.
For more than 30 years, I have been prepared, refined, and hidden by the Holy Spirit. Now, the season of unveiling has come.
I declare a season of emancipation, restoration, healing, and divine favor—a season of breaking generational and inherited strongholds and helping people of every race and background walk in the freedom God has ordained for them.
I believe this is a season of restoration for African Americans, honoring the generations who endured more than 400 years of enslavement, oppression, and injustice. May God bring restoration, dignity, opportunity, and justice where generations have experienced loss.
The promise of freedom remains bigger than what was taken. You can keep the mule—we are believing God for restoration of what was lost and the fulfillment of what He has promised.
But this movement is not limited to one race. It is for every person who longs to break free from the shackles of bondage, overcome generational strongholds, and walk boldly in the purpose of God.
The hidden season is over. The appointed season has arrived.
This is the season of freedom. This is the season of restoration.
This is the season of favor.
This is my season—and this is our time to arise.
